It has been designed to provide agencies with a high-level snapshot of their current state of Code compliance, the work that still needs to be done to comply, and links to relevant OAIC resources. The Checklist sets out the key requirements of the Code and helps to identify the steps agencies need to take to implement the Code obligations.
