Your answer should give a balanced view of both parts of this question. There is no right answer for putting your views at the start and then explaining this through the essay, or developing your opinion though your essay and stating your final stance at the end.
Reply Dominic Cole June 18, at 5: I personally like the opinion at the start of the essay. You can present any point of view as long as you can support it. A good way to do this is to start with something simple and just add detail as you go.
Just choose ideas that you can develop. It is divided into 4 separate paragraphs dividing the 4 different areas that I want to present to you the reader. What is important to realize is that there is no correct answer here. Most of the poorer nations are buried in debts as a result of their unbalanced finances which in a health care, an unstructured education system and a weak international trade.
